You get up, get the kids ready for school, have a long day of work & get home tired.
You have the best intentions to workout and turn your health around, but then a kid gets sick, daycare closes or a work deadline gets moved up...does that sound familiar?
It only gets worse when you look in the mirror and realize that you aren’t the 20 year old athlete that you used to be.
Your energy is low no matter how much coffee you down throughout the day.
You get home and try to pull it together so that you can play with your kids and hang with your wife.
The low energy and sluggish feeling sit on you like a weight vest and drain you.

If you're like me, you've bounced in and out of shape for a while. You get motivated, drop 5lbs but then life happens...and you put it back on.
What makes it worse? Unrealistic plans designed by 20 year old trainers. They tell you to "just make time" or that tracking calories is easy...LOL. Good luck tracking that random handful of GoldFish that you just dug out of the carseat.
The "secret sauce" for most dads will be this: staying active, finding 2-3 days for strength training, fixing your protein and intermittent fasting.
There...I gave you my secret and you didn't even have to pay for it.

I was young, in shape and a CrossFit guru. I competed at the CrossFit Games and was one of the first 100 people to hold their Level 3 certification.
And then...I left the world of fitness to chase the corporate "dream." It turned quickly into the corporate nightmare, and I woke up one day 40lbs overweight, depressed and desperate for a change.
As a husband and father, I knew what I had to do. How could I expect my daughter to value herself and make healthy choices if I wasn't doing the same?
So I dove head first back into fitness, focused on finding a way to build better habits as a busy dad. I figured out a few "hacks," started enjoying workouts again and as I lost the weight I noticed something incredible.
Being fit also made me a better dad and husband. I had more patience, energy and stamina for my family.
At the end of the day, dads don't care about being the fittest people on social media. But being fit for our families and being the fittest guys in our neighborhoods sure is cool.
So that's why I'm here. To teach you how to become the Fittest On The Block.
